According to an article on Ars Technica entitled, Apple loses big in DRM ruling: jailbreaks are “fair use”, the Library of Congress has added a bevy of new exceptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act altering the way we’re allowed to use much of the digital media and devices we have.

Another big game release, at least to me, is the new Transformers G1 Awakening game, a turn-based strategy games based on the original (or G1, for “Generation One”) Transformers characters. According to The iPhone Blog, classic RPG’s Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II are both now available in the App Store for $8.99 each. I’ve never played these games myself, but knowing how popular the series is, I thought I should share.

Over on The Unofficial Apple Weblog, they’ve gotten a chance to play around with the Parrot AR.Drone, a helicopter (or quadrocopter) that is remotely controlled with an iPhone app. It looks pretty cool, and I’m definitely wanting to try one of these things.
